Shipping Time and Delivery Information

Shipping time is calculated from the shipping date rather than the order date and may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other reasons. We ship globally.

• We need 1-3 days to process your order.
• DHL is our preferred shipping method, we also ship with UPS and FEDEX . Delivery is usually within 3-8 days .

We offer immediate delivery for our products in our own stocks in Istanbul. You can receive these products on the same day or the next day .

Do you have a return policy?

We offer free returns for 15 days from the date the order was delivered/received. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and mailed within 15 days of delivery/receipt of order.
   
2. Item(s) must be in original packaging and in original condition. This includes any attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes, and jewelry packaging.
   

You will be asked to test your photography skills and provide a photo of your item before sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
