Do you have a return policy?
We offer free returns for 15 days from the date the order was delivered/received. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be initiated for return and mailed within 15 days of delivery/receipt of order.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging and in original condition. This includes any attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes, and jewelry packaging.
You will be asked to test your photography skills and provide a photo of your item before sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
