Shipping Policy

Shipping time is calculated from the date the package is shipped, not from the order date. The estimated delivery time may be extended due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, or other reasons.

We ship from China and Turkey to countries worldwide. Orders for products in our own stock are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days. For new season products not currently in stock, processing your order may take 7–15 days. DHL is our preferred shipping carrier, but we also ship via UPS and FedEx. Delivery usually takes 3–8 days.

How to Track Your Order

1–2 days after your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
