The first time we saw the now-iconic Kaia crossbody bag was at Saint Laurent’s SS20 runway show – the style designed by Anthony Vaccarello and named after supermodel Kaia Gerber. Fast forward to SS21 and the simple tote-like style is back for the new season. While the curved leather construction remains the same, the house’s signature YSL plaque takes centre stage on the front. It’s tailored to drape over the top, as intended.
