Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 15 days after receiving your item.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchange Process

To get the item you want as quickly as possible, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the above terms, for products shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The returned item must be:
